Terms of use

Last updated 28 September 2026.

These terms cover your use of DeepResume, a DeepApps product. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

DeepResume finds job postings that match the search you set up, checks them against your rules, writes tailored CVs from the facts you confirm, and prepares you for interviews. You decide what to send and where. We never apply to jobs for you.

Your account

An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live.

Your content

Your CV, your facts and your templates stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run the service for you, as the privacy page describes. You are responsible for the facts you confirm being true.

What the agent writes

Every line the agent writes is checked against your confirmed facts, and interview prep is tied to the posting's own words. Even so, read each CV and each piece of prep before you rely on it. What you send to an employer is your decision and your responsibility.

Job listings

Jobs come from employers' public career pages. We do not employ, recruit for, or represent those employers, and a listing can change or close without notice. We cannot promise that any application leads to an interview or an offer.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed by Polar. You can cancel at any time; a cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and then your account returns to the free plan.

Fair use

Do not use DeepResume to break the law, to misrepresent yourself, to overload or probe our systems, or to copy the job index in bulk. We may suspend an account that does.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which removes your data as the privacy page describes.

Liability

DeepResume is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

If these terms change, we will post the new version here with a new date.
